Lemon and Rosemary Baked Salmon
Serves 4 – very good leftover in a salad the next day.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets
- 2 T Lemon Olive Oil
- 4 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F degrees
- Place filets into a 9×13 pan coated with cooking spray
- Drizzle with the lemon olive oil
- Press a sprig into each salmon filet
- Top with freshly ground salt and pepper
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes until done
- Remove the rosemary prior to serving
