My Wife and I dropped by the Mint Hill Pop Up Christmas Shop to browse the vendors who had attended and shop for Christmas gifts. While there we approached the Moxie Mom tent and sampled some of Darlene’s olive oils and balsamic vinegars. We both really liked the dark balsamic vinegar, and the garlic and mushroom infused olive oil, so we picked up a bottle of each. This evening we cooked sauté pork loin using the garlic and mushroom infused olive oil, with Italian bread for dipping in the dark balsamic vinegar. We enjoyed a very delicious meal this evening and are very pleased with our selections.
