Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- Coconut oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon good quality balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Coat a large rimmed cookie sheet with oil (I use coconut oil)
- Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake asparagus 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until tender.
- Mix the olive oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the baked asparagus put back in oven for about 3-5 minutes.
